I have notnbeen to Malaysia yet, but I’ll visit it this year, so I’ve decided to collect all interesting information about this miraculous country. I think it will be interesting for you too.

In Malaysia the level of death from respiratory diseases is the lowest in the world. It is about 7.5 cases per 100 000 people. Though they smoke there not less than in other countries.


In Malaysia the biggest king cobra was caught. Its length was 5 m 71 cm.

In National parkn Guang Mulu there is a cave Saravak, which is the largest in the world. It can get Boing-747-200 there.

Television tower Menara В in the capital of the cpuntry, Kuala Lumpur, takes the 4th place in the world with its height and the first place in Asia.

There is an interesting and unusual subject in Malaysian schools as design of racing cars for Formula-1.

One of the favourite food of Malaysian people is Nasi Kandar. Rice with curry and chicken or fish. The dish has Indian origin. They say it is the most delicious at Penang.

In Malaysia the plant with the biggest leaf in the world grows. The specimen found in 1966 was 3.02 m long and 1.92 m width.
