My working place.

When we rented office with Max, the first acquisition was huge desks and a super comfortable chairs. At some point we stopped renting office, we thought that it would’t be for a long time and have disassembled and packed the tables because of their enormity. At home all this time I suffered working at a small computer table. But now my patience ran out :)

I propose to show the pictures of your working place, add it in comments. Of course, I’ll start first:)

Office is by the way an amazing thing, the labor productivity increases significantly.
One came and sat in a chair and began to work as there is absolutely nothing more to do.

Trip to Simferopol.

A few days ago we decided to go with Lena to Simferopol to visit friends. We had not seen them for more than half a year. Whatever it was, but ICQ with Skype can not fully replace live communication.

We went by car, the distance is 360 km, the state of the road is rather good. The track is empty, very few trucks and government vehicles, petrol prices and general economic condition of the country is very much like this, indirectly.

We stayed right at home of friends, an amazing taste of the hostess with the financial support of the host turned an ordinary apartment in a comfortable family nest.

Photos can not convey the full sense of calm and relaxation, which is immersed in the consciousness of the body simultaneously, which descends into a cozy chair.

Then we went to Max’s work. He seems very restless man and six months ago decided to devide his income. In addition to the usual online business he opened a service center for repair laptops in Simferopol. As far as I can see, it all happened and I am sincerely glad :) Of course, not without difficulty, but this is inevitable in any business.

Then we went to super place in Simferopol – cafebar “The Ark”. They cook great barbecue and kebab of pork and lamb, as well as incredibly delicious grilled vegetables. Arayik, the owner of this heavenly place, opened the third in a row facility in Simferopol, and everywhere is full of people, all appreciate the culinary masterpieces of Armenian cuisine.

The next evening we went to a karaoke bar, entertain our ears and Lena’s ego :) we got it all on fine :)

Small video with singing of Max.

Here is the view from the window in Simferopol.

We had really nice time there)

Report on return.

Everyday worries drawn into the quagmire of ordinariness. Thailand seems to be something distant and warm.

Actually, the main reason for returning home vanished by itself, it has turned out not to be necessary to work at the restaurant. Why and how did it happen I didn’t know, I decided not to pop my nose there anymore, let Lena decides that question yourself …

From Thailand, I brought the idea for offline businesses. I want to make the network of mini pizzerias in our city. They will be placed in supermarkets and just crowded places. Main feature is in the equipment and the speed of cooking, and still we get a nice price. At the moment, I am actively engaged in the development of this theme, the equipment has been ordered in Italy, preparing documents, making the site it will soon come to the creation of outlets. Ideally, I want to turn it into a normal pizza delivery service, we unfortunately have some problems with it. What all this will end with is not yet clear, well we’ll see, I’ll keep in touch :)

Online business is currently in the so-so, there are no super incomes.
There is an interesting topic, but complicated, I will try to develop it in parallel with the pizzerias for the time is still much, everything in offline goes slowly, I always look forward something and through no fault of my reasons.

The plans are starting to communicate more with people, it is very interesting :) To meet more people, begin to participate in some activities. Of the options come to mind just go to salsa classes. We even attended one lesson already, but then apparently acclimatization began and my son and I got ill. In fact I am ok now, and Sasha is on the road to recovery.
Already at last spring came. Although it’s a feeling inside that winter should come. The organism perceived staying in Thailand as a prolonged summer)))

The post turned out sad :) On this here’s a funny movie :) With a character that appears in the title role, some overlap in the comments on this blog, and many personally know :)

Geckos at home.

Hooray! In our apartment there are geckos :)

Even in Thailand, I suggested that we would miss these funny little animals. Happily I bought some fake tailed beauties of rubber and a few of rag-stuffed with fine sand. Those that are made of rubber, even at a closer look are almost 100% similar to the original.

In Thailand geckos are in each house, nobody pays attention to them. They are ot visible during the day time, but at night there are lots of them near lights, they are hunting.

There is just one nuance, our geckos do not produce sounds: (

Helicopter on radio control.

When we were in Bangkok, then most of the time we devoted to inspection of shopping centers. Even I was wondering, and since I’m usually can not stand shopping. But a huge amount of goods that I have never seen, fascinates … I think such an abundance awakens the interest of any curious person.
The main problem was searching for gifts. We had several events planned immediately upon arrival, birthdays of close friends and also we wanted just to bring something interesting for friends and relatives)))

The thought of buying helicopters at radio control came at Samui, an interesting toy for both adults and children, takes and carries away :) Things were easy, to find a great price and we did it in the Bangkok Pantip Plaza.

We took two large helicopters, one little smaller but with a camera and not big for my son father’s workout :) With great difficulty, shoved it in our bags.

Also, we bought a boat on the radio control, but as you know it’s too early to check it, the river is frozen now :) wait for the summer.

In the meantime, here’s a video with the smallest helicopter, I slowly began to develop. Size allows flying around the apartment. A little training and the flight is more intelligent and controlled, almost don’t fall :)

Those who rent a house on Koh Samui.

We rented a house at a wonderful woman named Nee. I would like to write a word of gratitude to “our old lady,” as we tenderly called her, and her family) The house was just wonderful. The help of the house owner in questions of our construction and a comfortable life has been simply invaluable. Her niece, Chana manages all economic issues, such as lawn care, communication with the Internet service provider, the organization of small repairs, etc. Any our request was carried out almost immediately.

When my son became ill, Miss Nee by her car very quickly brought us to the hospital.

She is not cooperating with real estate companies, as far as I know, just hangs a couple of ads about house rent. That is, when renting a house from her, you will not have to pay the agency extra fee)

Miss Nee has a gift shop on the ring road, very close to our village. So it was always possible to quickly turn on a question.

Here is the e-mail of her niece Chana

You can write her and discuss all the conditions of house rent. She speaks pretty good English.

You can see more photos in the post House rent in Lamai, Koh Samui

We came back to the homeland.

We are home at last:)

The way was long, it has turned out a day on the road, we were completely tired. We have arrived without incident and it is wonderful.

On arrival we had much buisness. Meeting friends, parents, friend’s birthday.

It’s time to arrange everything and start working.

Few photos of the reality surrounding us, and our happy faces :)

Grand Palace in Bangkok.

Within the cultural program we decided to visit the Royal Palace in Bangkok. We went there with Sasha, Dima stayed at the hotel, for some reason he’s not really attracted to masterpieces of Thai architecture)))

The Royal Palace was built in 1782 by order of King Rama I. The complex includes not only the royal residence and throne halls, but several government buildings and the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Occupies an area of 218 square meters and is surrounded by a wall of 1,900 meters in length. At present, the King of Thailand lives in another palace, but in the Grand Palace official ceremonies are held.

The palace complex is huge. This is not only a historical monument, but a religious sanctuary and a museum under the open sky. Everything that shines like gold there, is gold! Temples and other buildings are covered with gold leaf and decorated with precious stones. Almost to all the buildings you can go through a long gallery, which walls are decorated with scenes from the life of Rama.

Also at the territory of the complex there is a miniature of the temple complex in Ayutthaya, the ancient capital of Siam, which in 1767 the Burmese captured and burned. I’d like to see this ancient city in real.

I was impressed by the Temple of the Emerald Buddha- the most sacred of all Buddhist world. The incredible beauty of the temple, the rich decorations within and among all this magnificence on a gold pedestal the Buddha is sitting on the throne. He is dressed in golden clothes, which are replaced three times a year, in summer, in winter and at rainy season. Despite the fact that the place, in general, is tourist in this temple silence and grace prevail, that just can not be described in words. In general, the Emerald Buddha is carved from a single piece of jade. It was found in 1434 in Chiang Mai province. At that time the image was covered with plaster and the monk who had found it noticed that the plaster on the nose had flaked off, revealing the green stone underneath. The monk thought that the stone was emerald.
In front of the temple there are large bowls with holy water and lotus flowers. You can dip a flower into the water and sprinkle the head, hands and body. It’s a kind of Buddhist blessing. Who refuses blessing?))) Me and Sasha have carefully sprinkled with lotuses.

In another temple at the complex the action was carried out, it was Buddhist holiday and tourists were not allowed there. We just sat there and listened to amazing Thai prayer chants, very beautiful.

At the complex there is a museum of weapons. It’s small, but the number of exhibits is quite impressive. Well, there my child was impressed more than me)

Remember that on the territory of the Palace complex one can not go in shorts and short skirts, T-shirts and T-shirts with a neckline, stretch pants. If you have come in inappropriate clothing, then at the entrance you can rent clothes. Before you enter the temple take off shoes. It is necessary to step over the threshold of the temple, but not to step on it. And in any case do not aim your foot in the direction of the Buddha, it is very insulting. Although, in principle, the Thai are rather lenient to Farangs in questions of Buddhist ethics.

Entry to the Palace costs 350 Baht.

We liked it very much. The place is worth a visit.
